Acıbadem University School of Medicine: Innovative Research for Community-based outcomes
The research aim of Acıbadem University School of Medicine, as outlined in 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, is adopting an innovative, impact-focused, and sustainable approach to scientific research. Our faculty addresses the main challenges in health by fostering translational research and strengthening national and international collaborations. Through our student-centered research programs and integrated MD-PhD track, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of leading scientists. These aims will be supported by increasing patent and technology development efforts and securing funding grants.
We prioritize the societal impact of our research by aligning our studies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal. To deliver innovative healthcare solutions for community-based scientific research, we established the Commission for Monitoring the Societal Impact of Research. This commission will utilize tools to evaluate and monetarize the societal impact of research conducted in Acibadem University, School of Medicine.
