As a result of vast knowledge accumulation and the existence and utilization of advanced technology in this day and age, the necessity for specialist nurses, who would provide one-on-one care, 24 hour follow-up and perform the required intervention in case of aberrational situations, present itself clearly.
Nurses with undergraduate degrees feel the need for specialization in their fields by attaining international evidence resources and utilizing these sources to their field of practices. The purpose of non-thesis graduate degree in Nursing is to train nurses with undergraduate degree, who are working in any health field, as innovative professionals possessing problem-solving ability who can also utilize evidence-based nursing applications commonly for planning, application and evaluation of the needs of the patient they attend.
