Information Text on the Processing of Personal Data

As Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University ("University"), we give high importance to the security and privacy of your personal data and try to implement the highest level security possible for processing and safekeeping your data. With this awareness, as the University, we give great importance for the personal data of all people related to the University to be processed and kept in compliance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data no 6698 ("LPPD") . With the full understanding of this responsibility, as the "Data Controller" defined in LPPD, we process your personal data as explained below and within the scopes mandated by the legislation. As the data controller, we prepared this Information Form Related to the Obtaining and Processing of Personal Data ("Information Text") under the LPPD for explaining our policy for processing personal data.

APPLICATION FORM

GENERAL REMARKS:

Personal data owners, defined as "related person" ("Data Owner") in Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“PDPL") are entitled to apply to the Data Controller, T.R. Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University (“University”) regarding the processing of their personal data, related to the rights listed in article 11 of PDPL. Pursuant to the first paragraph of article 13 of PDPL; the applications to be made to our University with the title of data controller, regarding the rights granted under the Law, must be delivered to us in accordance with the specified procedures in the Information Text or other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board ("Board”).
