About

The mission of Acıbadem University Faculty of Pharmacy is to train pharmacists at international standards who have been well-educated, are creative, and dedicated to research and development. We aim for our graduate pharmacists to become highly sought after in every field of pharmaceutical sciences in medical industries and hospitals in Turkey and around the world.

Our students benefit from learning in the laboratories of Acıbadem University Faculty of Pharmacy which are equipped with state of the art technology as well as Acıbadem Healthcare Group hospitals and outpatient clinics located not just in Istanbul, but in a variety of regions in Turkey.

Our experience academic staff closely follows scientific developments. Their devoted contributions to their students as well as the interactive, innovative education models they implement enables students to have full knowledge in all areas of pharmaceutical sciences (academic, medical industry, hospital, independent pharmacy) and competence to work in them. Throughout the education of the students, the faculty aims to work in collaboration with the medical industry, and to contribute to the development of the medical industry in Turkey by using all available resources. The Faculty also aims to undertake research and development for the development of herbal, dermatological and cosmetic products as well as to design scientific studies which could result in the development of a product. The Faculty vows to undertake all these responsibilities and share all the processes and procedures associated with them with their students.

Mission

Our mission is to train pharmacists, who have high theoretical and practical competentence in pharmacology profession, who have vast knowledge in profession’s expanding areas, who are universally respectful to human rights and the environment, who are sensitive about safe drug production and consumption, who believe in supremacy of science and also who are open to life long learning.

Vision

Our vision is to become internationally-known, leading Pharmacology Faculty in Turkey, by means of having considerable number of projects and publications, qualified and experienced academicians, as wells as centers where we conduct researches for products that are preferred in every field of pharmacology, by utilizing clinical and pharmaceutical industry oriented education models.
