The aim of the program is to train competent specialist health managers who can follow innovations in the field of health management within the ever-changing and developing healthcare sector; plan and conduct resources and research; and evaluate their outcomes, thereby contributing to the field. The program also aims to educate qualified research assistants and prospective academics, for whom there is an increasing demand.
The duration of the program is two years. The first year consists of two semesters of theoretical courses, while the final year is dedicated to the thesis study. During the course of education, students are required to complete at least seven courses totaling no fewer than 21 credits, along with a non-credit seminar course within the first two semesters, and to complete their thesis work in the second year.
The Master’s Program with Thesis in Health Management at Acıbadem University is offered within a health-themed university that provides education in the field of health sciences, has a strong infrastructure, and consists of highly qualified academic staff. The curriculum, designed in accordance with international standards in the field and continuously updated, the selection of thesis topics that contribute not only to the individual but also to the field they study, the distinguished academic staff, and the sharing of experience with the sector are among the distinctive features of the program.
