Technology Development Center (TEKMER) provides services such as business development, access to financial resources, management, consultancy, mentoring, participation in offices and networks to entrepreneurs and businesses in pre-incubation, incubation and post-incubation processes.
These processes include;
- Pre-incubation, services provided for the purpose of training, consultancy, mentoring, project idea verification and business development for entrepreneurs who have not established their businesses, individually or as a group,
- Incubation, training provided for the purpose of developing entrepreneurs or businesses and commercializing project/business ideas, technical consultancy, mentoring, coaching, access to networks, finding investors, workshop/workspace and space/machine/software services for common use, promotional services and accelerator program,
- Post incubation, market strategy development, management, growth strategy, funding, network access services offered to businesses that have completed or are about to complete the incubation process, as well as experience sharing, mentoring, coaching, funding-like services and accelerator services offered by these businesses to those in the pre-incubation/incubation process.
TEKMER is a structure that provides services for entrepreneurs or businesses with technology/innovation-oriented business ideas/projects on one or more related themes and involving research and development and/or product/process/service innovation.
The right to use the names ISGEM and TEKMER, which are protected by KOSGEB within the scope of the Industrial Property Law No. 6769, is evaluated by the Board and given to those deemed appropriate.
