The Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences Graduation Ceremony took place on July 11, 2024, in our conference hall. Following opening speeches by our Dean, Prof. Ata Akin, and our Rector, Prof. Ahmet Sahin, the top-ranking student of the faculty, Beste Dipcin, delivered her speech. Dipcin was awarded the Trustee’s Award for Outstanding Achievement by Seher Aydinlar, a Member of the Board of Trustees and President of the Kerem Aydinlar Foundation.
Awards of achievement were presented to the top-ranking graduates by our Rector, Prof. Ahmet Sahin, and our Vice-Rectors, Prof. Guldal Suyen and Prof. Irfan Guney. Subsequently, the Dean of our Faculty, Prof. Ata Akin, presented certificates of achievement to students graduating with high honors. Students graduating with honors received certificates from Prof. Ozge Can, Head of the Department of Biomedical Engineering, and Prof. Eda Tahir Turanli, Head of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics.
The ceremony concluded with our graduates tossing their caps in the air after receiving their symbolic diplomas. We congratulate all our graduates and wish them continued success in their future endeavors.
