Application Requirements

ACIBADEM MEHMET ALI AYDINLAR UNIVERSITY GRADUATE SCHOOL OF HEALTH SCIENCES BIOPHYSICS MASTER’S PROGRAM WITH THESIS 2021-2022 ACADEMIC YEAR FALL SEMESTER APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

Language Proficiency

Among the foreign language exams accepted by the Higher Education Council;

TOEFL-IBT: Minimum score of 84 points;

YDS / ÜDS / KPDS / YÖKDİL: At least 70 points

Candidates who do not have a foreign language certificate will be required to have at least 70 points from the Foreign Language Proficiency Exam held by Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University

Foreign Languages Department.

Scientific Competence

To obtain at least a valid score from one of the following exams for graduate education (results must be valid until the application date)

The quantitative score they will get from the Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) must be at least 60, GRE for foreign students, at least 150 or GMAT at least 465.

ALES is not required for graduates of doctorate / proficiency in art / specialty in medicine / specialty in dentistry / specialty in veterinary medicine / specialty in pharmacy. 65 points determined by the Senate of Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University, regardless of the type or field of expertise, are taken into consideration.

Required Documents for Application to the Programs;

• Application form
• Original copy (transcript) showing the undergraduate / graduate courses and grades received from the Higher Education Institutions they graduated from.
• Original of Undergraduate / Postgraduate Diploma or Temporary Graduation Certificate (Certified photocopy will be made during registration) (The equivalence of diplomas received from foreign countries must be approved by YÖK.)
• Letter stating the purpose why you want to do a Master/ Doctorate
• CV
• Reference Letter, (two) (in a sealed envelope) (Registration will not be accepted if Reference Letters are not submitted in the Interview Exam.)
• Photocopy of Identity Card / Passport Photocopy
• ALES (Academic Personnel and Postgraduate Education Entrance Exam) result document
• Foreign Language Proficiency Certificate
• Military Certificate for Male Candidates,
