Evaluation and Registration Process

EVALUATION PROCESS

Once the applicant provides all the required documents, the application will be evaluated by the related Admission Committee as soon as possible.

The applicant will be evaluated for first-choice program. If the applicant is not eligible for first-choice then he/she will be evaluated for second-choice program.

After the evaluation is completed, the applicant will be informed through an e-mail about the result of application.

 

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

  • If the application is accepted, the applicant will receive a Pre-acceptance letter through an e-mail.
  • The accepted applicant is expected to make the compulsory pre-payment within the given period to guarantee a seat in referred program.
  • The pre-payment will be deducted from the tuition fee during registration.
  • After pre-payment, the applicant will receive an Official acceptance letter and is expected to registration.
  • The pre-payment is non-refundable. Refund is only made in case of visa denial. The applicant can request refund with a proof of rejection from the consulate. Any reasons other than visa rejection will not be considered.

     

REGISTRATION

The Student must submit the following documents within the registration dates. Student, who fail to complete the application process within the given dates forfeit the right to education at Acıbadem University.

  1. Passport and national identification card copy
  2. 6 biometric photographs (taken in the last 6 months, with a plain white background)
  3. Original High school diploma (School Leaving Certificate/Testimonial) and certified translation in Turkish or English
  4. Original final transcript
  5. Equivalency Certificate (This certificate is a document stating that your high school diploma is equivalent to a Turkish high school diploma. This can be obtained from the Turkish Embassy/Consulate in your country or from the Provincial Director of National Education in Istanbul. Rules and regulations regarding the equivalence letter are subject to change as it is managed by the T.R. Ministry of Education.   6. Tuition fee payment receipt
  7. Original copy of exam results submitted during application
  8. Foreign language exam result (English or Turkish - if available)
  9. Valid and/or expired residence permit card copy (if available)
