Transfer Based on the Central Placement Score (Additional Article 1)
Pursuant to Additional Article 1 of the Regulation on the Principles Governing Transfers Between Associate and Bachelor's Degree Programs, Double Major Programs, Minor Programs, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer, students whose Central Placement Score (YKS) in the year of their initial enrollment is equal to or higher than the minimum admission score of the diploma program to which they wish to transfer are eligible to apply for transfer, including to the preparatory class.

Required Application Documents
1. The applicant’s high school diploma (a photocopy if it is on file at the university where the applicant is enrolled; the original or a copy obtained through e-Government if the applicant is currently a student)
2. Original Student Certificate (certified and stamped, e-signed, or obtained through e-Government)
3. Original Transcript (certified and stamped, e-signed, or obtained via e-Government)
4. Disciplinary Status Certificate (certified and stamped or e-signed)
5. Course Descriptions (the content of all courses included in the curriculum of the program in which the student is enrolled)
6. Statement confirming that the applicant has not transferred horizontally under Annex 1: A recent, certified, stamped, or e-signed document obtained from the university where the applicant is currently enrolled (This document is required pursuant to YÖK’s letter dated January 30, 2019, No. 2019-859. If admitted to our university, students are required to submit this document to our university during registration),
7. Letter Stating There Is No Objection to the Student’s Horizontal Transfer: A recent, approved, stamped, or e-signed document obtained from the university where the student is currently enrolled (This document is required pursuant to YÖK’s letter No. 2019-859 dated January 30, 2019. If admitted to our university, students are required to submit this document to our university during registration),
8. YKS Placement Results Certificate,
9. YKS Results Certificate,
10. Original and a photocopy of the national ID card,
11. Passport-sized photographs (3 photographs, each measuring 4.5 cm x 6 cm, taken within the last six months, facing forward, clearly identifying the applicant, with the applicant’s full name and Turkish ID number written on the back of each),
12. Bank receipt confirming payment of tuition fees (to be submitted during final registration)
