Documents required for application
Documents prepared in languages other than English or Turkish must also be translated into Turkish or English.
1. Student Certificate: It is supposed to be up-to-date, approved, stamped or e-signed document prepared by the higher education institution where the candidate is registered, showing that the candidate is still a registered student at the time of application.
- Student documents should contain information about the disciplinary status of the candidate. If not, the document indicating the disciplinary status of the candidate must be submitted as an annex.
- In undergraduate transitions from abroad, the date of registration in the department/program where the candidate is registered should be clearly stated (month/day/year).
2. Transcript: A transcript document prepared by the higher education institution where the candidate is registered, showing all the courses, grades and grade averages taken. (Approved, sealed or e-signed)
- If the transcript does not include descriptive information about the grading system and the medium of instruction, the documents including this information should be attached to the transcript.

Turkish and foreign students who have enrolled in the diploma program in Ukraine as a result of international exams (SAT1, Act, Abitur, French Baccalaureate, GCE A Level Certificate, International Baccalaureate IB, Austrian Matura Diploma (Matura Reifezeugnis), Italian Maturita Diploma (Diploma di Maturita) must meet the minimum international exam score requirement accepted by our University in the relevant year for the program to apply for undergraduate transfer.

- For students who apply for undergraduate transfer but cannot be registered with undergraduate transfer, the special student quota has not been allocated as per the decision taken by the Senate of our University and no students will be accepted in this context.
- In the event that the students who are entitled to register are enrolled, the registration freezing process will be carried out in the fall semester of the 2022-2023 academic year.
- Exemption from English Courses and Level Determination Exam (appt) for curricula whose medium of instruction is Turkish: They are subjected to Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University Exemption and Level Determination (appt) exam.
- Language proficiency certificate for programs whose medium of instruction is English: Candidates who cannot meet the qualification requirement are subjected to the Acıbadem Mehmet Ali Aydınlar University English Placement and Proficiency Test (ACUPEP PPT). Students who are not entitled to exemption from the Preparatory English Programme cannot make an undergraduate transfer due to the fact that there is no quota allocated for the English Preparatory Class.
Students who meet the following conditions are exempted directly from the Preparatory English Programme:
a) Those who have completed their secondary education in a country where English is spoken in their mother tongue in at least the last three years and who study in secondary education institutions where the citizens of that country are attending.
b) Those who certify that they have received the base score and above specified in the table below in the international foreign language exams accepted by the Council of Higher Education and whose equivalence is accepted with the foreign language exams organized by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).

*In order to be exempt from the Preparatory English Programme, students who take 85 or more from the YDS and/or e-YDS exam must also take the ACUPEP PPT /ACEPT speaking and writing exams and obtain at least 70.
**a) Institutional TOEFL exam results are not accepted. Only TOEFL-IBT results from test centers in public universities are valid.
**b) Students who take the TOEFL-IBT exam abroad and have a total score of 80 or more must also take the appt/acept speaking and writing exams to be held by the Foreign Languages Department and the English Preparatory Program to accept the exam.
**c) TOEFL IBT documents submitted to the university during registration or sent directly to the English Preparatory Program in Turkey or abroad must have C173 code, which is the institution code of Acıbadem University. Documents without this code will not be accepted and additional result documents can be requested from the TOEFL center with the Score Report Request Form. Candidates must successfully complete the English Preparation Program in order to continue the program they are admitted to.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Students who are submitting documents prepared in languages other than English or Turkish, must also submit the notarized translation of the documents in English or Turkish.
The application is made online through the Student Information System of the Directorate of Student Affairs with fully prepared application documents.
