All academics in academic units (faculty members, lecturers, and research assistants) are within the scope of the process.
Participation in the 2024 PAPD process is associated with the contract renewal period of October 2024.
Participation in the 2024 PAPD process is a prerequisite for contract renewal.
Performance evaluation is carried out under the four categories listed below:
a. Research
b. Education
c. Service to the Institution/Society
d. Achievements and Recognition
For all categories, activities within the completed calendar year (01 January – 31 December 2023) are taken into consideration.
