A workshop event was organized by the Culinary Program at Acibadem University on July 11, 2023. The workshop provided a hands-on experience with the menus prepared by the culinary program instructors. Among the attendees were our esteemed Vice Rectors, Prof. Guldal Suyen and Prof. Irfan Guney, as well as Assoc. Prof. Emin Aksoy, the Director of the Vocational School, Prof. Murat Bas, the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Head of the Nutrition and Dietetics Department, Prof. Inci USER, the Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Mert Ulgen, the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Prof. Olcay Cizmeli, the Director of the School of Health Services.
The event concluded with a tasting of the beautifully prepared dishes by our instructors.
